To get there, take Highway 19 (just 1 km from Cluxewe Resort) northwest to the Port Alice turnoff (Highway 30). Turn left and watch for the Seven Hills sign just a short distance away on your left. Travelers are most welcome to the quiet, lovely community of Port Alice and its unique golf course. Continue along Highway 30, a twisty road through beautiful lake and mountain vistas, to its end at Neroutsos Inlet on Vancouver Island’s northwest coast (about a 20 minute drive from Seven Hills). There you’ll come to the Port Alice Golf Course, built by and for the employees of the pulp mill located directly across the road. The club which manages the course welcomes visiting golfers to its facilities. For more information, call 250-284-3213.
