Getting Here

Travel the winding roads and sparsely populated landscape to find your home away from home

Tucked in 61 acres of towering trees and flowing waters, you’ll find a Northern Vancouver Island gem: Cluxewe Resort.

Getting to Cluxewe Resort

If you’re travelling north from Nanaimo or Victoria, follow the Inland Island Highway to the gateway to the North: the City of Campbell River. Continue two hours north to Port McNeill (you may want to stop for food and supplies there). Nine kilometres (5.5 miles) north of the Port McNeill turnoff, you’ll see a blue highway sign directing you to turn right onto Cluxewe Campground Road. Follow it for 1 kilometre (.6 miles) and you’ll come to Cluxewe Resort.

If you’re travelling south from Prince Rupert via BC Ferries, Cluxewe Resort is located about 25 kilometres (16 miles) southwest of the Port Hardy ferry terminal. Look for the blue highway sign and turn left onto Cluxewe Campground Road. Follow it down for 1 kilometre (.6 miles) and you’ll have arrived.
